Durable co-polyester with strong layer adhesion and broad chemical resistance. Handles moderate heat (70 °C HDT) and impact better than PLA while remaining straightforward to print. A reliable mid-range material for functional parts in batch production.

Polylactic Acid

PLA

Fast-printing thermoplastic with tight dimensional accuracy and clean surface finish. 52 °C HDT limits thermal applications, but low warping and high stiffness make it our everyday workhorse — production runs of dimensionally critical parts, visual models, and assemblies that need a smooth as-printed finish without post-processing.

How long until my order ships?

Production starts within 24–48 hours of payment clearing. Most catalog orders ship 3–7 business days after that, depending on quantity and the selected material. Bank transfer adds the time it takes for funds to arrive; card payments start the queue immediately.

Can I get colors, sizes, or finishes that aren't shown?

Yes. Click "Customize This Product" to send the variant you want plus any custom requirements through to engineering. We'll come back with a quote — usually same day. If your need is closer to a bespoke part than a catalog item, the contact form is the faster route.

Do bulk discounts apply?

Volume tiers shown on the page are applied automatically when you adjust quantity — no codes, no requests. Tiers are per-product, so each line in your cart discounts independently. Pre-built packs use their own per-unit price, which already reflects the bulk math.

Are these production-grade parts or prototypes?

Production-grade. Every part runs on the same calibrated farm we use for our batch manufacturing customers, and every order goes through the same DFM and QC pass. Material data is published — tensile strength, HDT, density — so you can spec against it.

What if a part arrives damaged or out of spec?

Email hello@layercrew.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll re-print and re-ship at no charge. We pre-screen every order before dispatch, so this is rare — but when it happens, we own it.

Do you ship outside the EU?

We ship across the EU with tracked carriers and full QC pass before dispatch. Outside the EU is handled case-by-case — get in touch via the contact form with your address and order details and we'll quote shipping plus any duties or paperwork.
