Standard shipping rates
Shipping fees include VAT. Free shipping applies only to zones with a threshold. The threshold is the goods total after discounts, before VAT; shipping itself does not count toward it.

Both in-stock and made-to-order catalog goods are normally dispatched within 2–3 business days after order confirmation and payment clearance. Bank transfer adds the time needed for funds to arrive. Courier transit within Romania takes another 1–3 business days, for an estimated total of 3–6 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday. Transit times for other EU destinations are confirmed separately for the destination.
These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Custom or batch production follows the lead time in the accepted quote. We contact you if an order needs a different schedule.
Unless another delivery period is agreed, consumer orders are delivered within the statutory 30-day period. Your legal rights remain unaffected.
International delivery
Available destinations and their charges are confirmed at checkout or in your accepted quote. International delivery is not automatically free; only the thresholds listed above apply.
For deliveries outside the EU, customs charges, import taxes, and any delivery restrictions depend on the destination and the agreed shipping terms. Check the quote or contact us before ordering if you need clarification.
