Scaling LayerCrew Manufacturing.
We started with a simple mission: make production-grade additive manufacturing accessible to engineering teams across Europe.
Founded in Bucharest. Built for the EU.
LayerCrew started in 2023 with a single conviction: most engineering teams in Europe were sourcing 3D printed parts the wrong way — through hobbyist print shops, transatlantic suppliers, or in-house fleets they never wanted to manage.
We built a centrally managed print farm in Romania designed from day one for repeatability, not throughput vanity. Same machines. Same calibrated profiles. Same engineering review on every file. The output is parts that behave the same on day 1 and day 1,000.
Today we deliver tens of thousands of production-grade parts each year to product designers, manufacturers, and R&D teams across the EU — all from a single, accountable team.

A 200-part run for an EU industrial customer — same calibrated profile, same engineering review, same standard we apply today.

How we think about manufacturing.
Most 3D printing shops optimize for volume. We optimize for the engineer on the other end — the one who needs the part to actually work.
Every file gets an engineering review
Before a single nozzle heats up, we check wall thickness, overhang geometry, and tolerance stack-ups. If something won't print reliably at scale, we tell you — and propose a fix.
We match the material to the problem
If your part lives outdoors, it gets ASA. If it needs impact resistance at 80°C, it gets PC. If it just needs to be dimensionally accurate at production volume, PLA does the job. The material choice is an engineering decision, not a menu pick.
Part 1 and part 1,000 are the same part
Our fleet runs calibrated profiles per material. Same orientation, same thermal conditions, same quality gate. Repeatability isn't a goal — it's a constraint we build around.
Romania to your door, faster than you'd expect
Central EU logistics, no transatlantic shipping delays. Most orders enter production within 24–48h and arrive days later — not weeks.
Four shapes a project usually takes.
Whatever the request, the workflow is the same: review the file, match the material, run the part, ship it. The differences are in scale and intent.
Batch Manufacturing
10 to 1,000+ identical parts. No tooling, no setup fees, no minimums.

Production First
Our farm is engineered for manufacturing — calibrated profiles, monitored fleets, controlled output.
Engineering Support
Free DFM review on every order. We help you optimize for strength, cost, and printability.
Predictable Output
Same part, same tolerances, same quality across every batch. Repeatability by design.
Work with the team that runs the line.
Send us your CAD files, your timeline, and what the part has to do. We'll tell you what's realistic — and ship it from Bucharest.
