01Within 24 hours

Engineering review

An engineer reads your brief, opens your files, and runs a DFM check — wall thickness, overhangs, tolerances. If anything looks off, we flag it before quoting.

02Within 24 – 48 hours

Formal quote

You receive a written quote: unit price (or engineering rates), lead time, payment terms. No hidden fees. Bundled drawings if engineering work is involved.

03On your approval

Production starts

Once you accept the quote, the project goes onto our calendar. Production starts within 24 – 48 hours, with status updates through to dispatch.

01Do you sign NDAs before I share files?
Yes. We routinely sign customer NDAs before reviewing CAD or specifications. Send us your template — or use ours if you don't have one — and we'll have it counter-signed within a business day. Our standard contract already includes confidentiality clauses, but a separate NDA is fine when your team prefers it.
02What if I don't have CAD files yet?
Send us a brief, sketches, reference photos, or a competitor's product. Our engineering team designs parts from scratch in Fusion 360, SolidWorks, or AutoCAD at €60/h, with revisions billed at €50/h. Pick "Design + printing" in the form and we'll scope the modeling work alongside the production run.
03How is my data handled?
Your files and project details stay inside the EU. We're based in Bucharest (Romania, EU) and our infrastructure runs on EU-region cloud services. We're GDPR-compliant — see our privacy policy for the full data flow. Files are retained only as long as your project is active; older inquiry attachments are purged on request.
04Can I order via PO or bank transfer?
Yes for B2B accounts. Card via Stripe is the default for one-off orders. Bank transfer with a proforma invoice and a PO reference is available for accounts where that's the procurement workflow. We can also accept supplier-portal onboarding documents — just send the requirements with your inquiry.
05Do you ship outside the EU?
Yes. EU shipping via standard couriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS) is straightforward. Outside the EU we ship DDP or DAP depending on your preference — we handle export documentation and either pre-pay duties or leave them to you on delivery. Lead times outside the EU vary by destination; we'll quote them with the unit price.
06Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. Our pricing model has no setup fees or tooling costs, so a single prototype is just as valid as a 5,000-unit run. Volume always reduces unit cost — bigger runs let us batch more efficiently — but there's no MOQ blocking you from ordering one part.
