Polycarbonate

Highest-strength FDM thermoplastic in our lineup. 70 MPa tensile strength and 110 °C heat deflection make it the default where other materials fall short. Used for load-bearing production parts, high-temperature fixtures, and structural housings.

Acrylonitrile Styrene Acrylate

UV-stable thermoplastic engineered for outdoor exposure. Maintains colour and mechanical properties after prolonged weathering — no yellowing, no surface degradation. Drop-in replacement for ABS in any exterior-facing application.

Glass Fiber-Reinforced ABS

Glass-fibre-reinforced ABS with 4500 MPa Young’s modulus — more than double standard ABS. Minimal warping and high dimensional stability under load. The production material for rigid industrial tooling, fixtures, and structural components.

Flame Retardant ABS

Flame-retardant ABS rated to UL94 V-0 — self-extinguishing within 10 seconds. Retains core ABS mechanical properties while meeting flammability compliance. Required material for electronics, electrical, and transport applications.

Thermoplastic Polyurethane (95A)

Flexible, abrasion-resistant elastomer with Shore 95A hardness — bendable but firm. Withstands repeated deformation without fatigue, resists oils and greases, and prints reliably on direct-drive extruders. The default for gaskets, dampers, and any part that needs to give without breaking.

Nylon 12 (Polyamide 12)

Engineering-grade nylon with exceptional toughness and chemical resistance. Combines high impact strength with low moisture absorption (the lowest of any nylon), staying dimensionally stable in humid environments. The go-to material for living hinges, gear teeth, and parts that need to survive repeated mechanical cycling.
