Dated changes to the Partner API and these docs. The API version is a date, carried in every event's `api_version` and in the OpenAPI document's `info.version`. A breaking change gets a new version and a notice here before it ships; additive changes — a new field, a new event type, a new endpoint — appear under the current version.

## 2026-10-24 — first release

- Partner API version `2026-10-24`: account, materials, files, quotes, orders, events, webhooks, requests and test mode.
- Bearer API keys per environment (`lc_test_`, `lc_live_`), issued and revoked from the dashboard; revocation within 30 seconds.
- Signed two-step file upload for STL, OBJ and 3MF with verification and sanitising on `complete`.
- Idempotent order creation with `Idempotency-Key`, 24-hour replay and `Idempotent-Replayed: true`.
- Standard Webhooks signatures, per-endpoint ordering, a 12-attempt retry ladder on the default plan and a 24-hour secret rotation.
- A gap-free per-partner event feed as the authoritative order of everything.
- Documentation on layercrew.com with an OpenAPI 3.1 document at `/openapi.json`, `/llms.txt`, `/llms-full.txt` and a Markdown twin of every page.
